PAYMENT
We
accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo,
Visa Debit and Switch. Personal Cheques (allow 4 working days
), Bank transfers. Your order will be automatically acknowledged
upon receipt . Your Credit Card will not be charged for your
purchase untill the goods are dispatched. All prices quoted
include UK VAT.
DELIVERY
Shipping
quotations are available upon request for overseas customers.
You will be notified of these costs before we take any money
from your credit card. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force &
USPS for all our deliveries in the UK and overseas. If you prefer
to use your own carrier we would be only too pleased to accomodate.
Providing the item is in stock at the time we receive your valued
order the goods will be dispatched the same day excluding weekends.
Deliveries are guaranteed to your door in 3 working days anywhere
in Europe ,4 working to anywhere in the US or Canada and the
rest of the world 8 to 10 days. Tracking Numbers are supplied
by email when the instrument leaves our warehouse.All instruments
are fully checked ,tested and set up to professional standards
in our own workshops before dispatch.
YOUR
GUARANTEE
All our new instruments are guaranteed
for 12 months and used instruments guaranteed for 6 months from
date of purchase. We reserve the right to repair the instrument
ourselves or return it to the manufacturer.
YOUR PRIVACY
Don Mackrill's Music will not send unsolicited
email to anyone who buys from our store. We do not & will
not disclose your email address or any other persona! details
to any other third party. If you have any questions about our
Privacy Policy then please email don@donmack.com. All your information
is held securely at Don Mackrill's Music on secure servers.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998. Occasionally we will email you
with special offers ,you can opt out of these at any time either
by replying to the mail shot, or sending us a seperate email.
RETURNS
POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within
7 days, we will exchange it or replace it with an instrument
of similar value or give you a full refund. This refund will
be completed within 30 days of receipt of the goodsCost of returning
an instrument to be born by the customer unless previously agreed
with us.
Before goods are returned for replacement, an authorisation
number must be obtained from the office and documentation enclosed
with the goods stating:
1. The Name Of The Sender
2. The Reasons For The Return
3. The Return Authorisation Number
Failure to include the above documentation will delay processing
of returns. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting for
your own cover should goods fail to reach this office.
COMPLAINTS
We promise to acknowledge and deal with
all complaints by return . We undertake to handle complaints
in a fair and honest manner, informing you of the result in
a clear manner.
